Stag Weekend Mediterranean Dinner Package
The menu consists of gourmet Mediterranean cuisine and includes aperitives, home-made bread, hors d'oeuvres followed by a main course which the chef can design especially to cater to your group's individual tastes and dietary requirements. A selection of some of the more popular dishes are the sea bass served on a bed of freshly cooked asparagus with sweet cherry tomatoes and balsamic sauce or if you fancy something a bit more filling, succulent solomillo steak or our favourite, duck confit. Excellent vegetarian dishes available for non carnivores.
