Getting
about in Madrid is very straightforward. If, during your
stag or hen weekend, you stay close to the centre, you should
be able to walk to most places that you want to see. If you
want to save yourself for the evenings, then take the metro,
taxi or bus.

The easiest and cheapest way of getting door-to-door service from the airport to your hotel is by private luxury air-conditioned minibus. It is a fast and flexible service, where you will be met upon arrival by one of our friendly Staghen guides and driven directly to your hotel.

Metro
Madrid's metro system offers the best way of getting around the city. It is cheap, fast and covers most areas a visitor or local is likely to want to go. It runs from 6am to 1:30am daily and the flat fare is 1 Euro (about 69p) to any destination. You can also get a 10 trip-ticket for 6.35 Euros , which is also valid on buses in central Madrid.
It takes an hour to travel from the airport to the centre.

Taxis
Taxis are in abundance throughout the city. A green light means they are available for hire. Two tariff systems operate, tariff 1 operates during the daytime until 10pm, and tariff 2 after 10pm and all day Sunday and fiestas. The total fare from the airport to the centre is approximately 30 Euros which includes an additional
4 Euros airport supplement. Taxis will only take a maximum of 4 people, if
you would like a larger taxi, minibus, coach, Mercedes or Limousine for your stag or

Rental
Cars
If you prefer to drive yourselves around over your stag or
hen weekend in Madrid, many deals are available on rental cars. We recommend
