The "tablaos" are popular restaurants where people can enjoy live shows to the sound of the famous flamenco guitars. We highly recommend this as a great option for discovering Spain 's traditions through dance, music and gastronomy all at the same time!

Choice of Starters:
- warm tomato confit, roasted pepper with aubergine and anchovies; or
- gazpacho with king sized prawns and basil.
Main Course:
- aromatic chicken doused with sherry and garlic, with a hint of paella; or
- salmon with fine aromatic herbs and Basque country cheese flakes;
- vegetarian options are available upon request.
Dessert:
• creme brulee with aniseed coulis and dark chocolate; or
• classic caramelised rice pudding and mandarin sorbet.
Drinks:
Solaz de Osbourne red wine, mineral water and coffee.
Reservations are essential and must be made in advance. The flamenco show and dinner can also be combined with a flamenco dance class, which is held earlier in the evening at the same flamenco venue during your hen weekend in Madrid.
